Phil’s expertise includes project feasibilities, procurement strategies, cost planning and contract management of complex health, laboratory and commercial projects. In particular he has an in-depth knowledge of local construction prices and has been instrumental in producing the company’s annual pricing handbook. Phil has also undertaken numerous project management and tenancy co-ordination roles on a variety of commercial projects during his career.

Phil qualified in the United Kingdom and migrated to Sydney in 1987. He moved to Brisbane in 1994 and joined Davis Langdon and was appointed as a Principal in July 1998. He now plays a key role in several major Health, Education, Research and Commercial projects throughout Queensland.
