Our region's need for infrastucture continues to grow as our region grows.

The growing need for infrastructure in our region means that we are continually required to meet new and more demanding needs. Today, delivery of new infrastructure is via a variety of contracting methods, including design and construct and various forms of private public partnership arrangments.

Notwithstanding the delivery method, stakeholders demand appropriate levels of risk managment and an assurance that planned outcomes will actually be delivered. The nature and extent of how this risk and verification management is achieved does depend on the type of delivery method.  But the fundamental process revolves around understanding and attention to detail.

Our experience in independent verification, in terms of design, time, cost and risk assessments, has been applied to some of our largest infrastructure projects. Our approach is systematic and focused by risk assessments, so that all stakeholders remain fully informed throughout the projects' design, construction and handover phases. Our services are delivered to government, concessionaires or project funding organisations.

Our experience in advising governments on appropriate comparators enables them to select appropriate delivery methodologies.
