Davis Langdon joins AECOM Technology Corporation

March, 2010

Our opportunities pipeline and Infrastructure has created a balanced portfolio of work in South Africa, Africa and from sectors that have contributed to our endurance to date during the global recession.

Coordinated by its Global Sports Group, global construction consultant Davis Langdon brings together expertise from across sectors, services lines and geographies to help provide stadia, infrastructure, transport and supporting facilities for a successful 2010 World Cup.

Globally Davis Langdon has made the decision to implement procedures which will lead to certification under both ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 international standards.

In a challenging market, maintaining a strong and clearly-articulated brand is more important than ever. Davis Langdon decided to implement an international brand programme whereby we revisited our branding globally with a view to moving towards rationalization of our brand.

As from October 2008, Davis Langdon Project Management is fully operational and provide specialist project management services to existing and new clients alike.

In its move to expand tall building knowledge and sustainable best practice internationally, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) has recently established a Chapter in South Africa.
