John has over 27 years of consulting experience in the construction sector, and has managed consultancy commissions for a wide range of clients, both in the UK and internationally.  He writes and lectures widely in the areas of construction management and procurement, client demand, and sustainability.  He chaired the Environment Committee of the UK Construction Industry Council, and was a founder member of the Board of the Movement for Innovation (M4I).  From 1999 to 2004 he was an independent Board member of Genesis Housing Group.

John leads Davis Langdon’s Management Consulting services, and also heads up Sustainability in Davis Langdon. His other professional interests include innovation in construction and improving the procurement process.
