Paul has been based in Manchester since 1970 focusing his career primarily in the Public Sector but also specialises in procurement advice on major projects throughout the UK. 

Paul has extensive experience of acting as both cost advisor and project manager on major projects and has been a key advisor to the City Council in the regeneration of Manchester. Paul is a member of the Public Sector Group within Davis Langdon.
