Our Corporate Responsibility policies and practices are derived from the business model described in 'Visions and Values.' This business model draws on the strong Davis Langdon culture, which directs our behavior toward the goal of achieving the best and most valued relationships in our industry.
Our approach to Corporate Responsibility starts from the same premise as our business model - they are two sides of the same coin. How we behave as a business and how we interact with the world as a member of the international business community, as an employer and as a consumer, are driven by the same values.
These are the principles. But integrity requires that we 'walk the talk.' To turn principles into practice we have five integrated areas of management for our Corporate Responsibility agenda. They are: Community and Charitable Giving, Development and Wellbeing of our People, Environment and Sustainability, Ethics and Integrity, and Health and Safety.
